So, the blonde did what she was told & stepped out the cop drew a circle on the road & told her to stand in it so, she did.

Then the cop took a sledgehammer and started beating up her car soon the cop heard the blonde laughing so he started beating up her car more he heard her laughing again so he once again continued what he was doing for the third time she started laughing he turned around and said why do you keep laughing the blonde replied I stepped out of the circle three times while you weren't looking.
